Objective

To generate leads, set appointments, and acquire new clients for the medical billing and practice management business.

Daily Tasks

  1. Lead Generation

    • Research and identify potential leads using online databases and tools.
    • Maintain an updated list of prospects in the CRM system.
  2. Outreach

    • Reach out to leads via email and phone calls.
    • Use personalized messaging to engage potential clients.
  3. Follow-Up

    • Schedule follow-up calls or emails at least once a week for each prospect.
    • Track follow-up interactions in the CRM.
  4. Appointment Setting

    • Set appointments for the business owner with interested leads.
    • Send calendar invites and reminders for scheduled meetings.
  5. Reporting

    • Provide a daily report summarizing outreach efforts and outcomes.
    • Analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly to improve lead conversion rates.
  6. Collaboration

    • Attend weekly meetings with the business owner to discuss progress and strategies.
