Daily Standard Operating Procedure for Lead Generation Specialist
Daily Responsibilities:
Morning Review (9:00 AM - 9:30 AM)
- Review the previous day's calls and results.
- Analyze feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Lead Calling (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Call the list of turndown leads, focusing on understanding their current financial situation and credit score.
- Use a prepared script to keep conversations consistent and informative.
- Record outcomes of each call in the CRM system.
Lunch Break (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
Follow-Up Calls (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
- Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet closed.
- Provide additional information on how they can improve their credit and qualify for loans.
Lead Nurturing (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
- Send follow-up emails to leads from previous calls, offering resources on credit building.
- Schedule calls for any leads that need further nurturing.
Training and Development (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
- Participate in training sessions on sales techniques and credit building.
- Share insights with the team on successful strategies and common objections.
End of Day Review (5:00 PM - 5:30 PM)
- Review the day’s progress against goals.
- Adjust the strategy based on outcomes and prepare for the next day.
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Submit a weekly report summarizing leads called, successes, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
- Attend team meetings to share insights and strategies with other team members.
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Analyze overall lead conversion rates and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine target lead demographics based on feedback.
