- Conduct a daily stand-up meeting to set sales goals for the day.
- Review sales targets and individual performance metrics.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Identify new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Assign leads to sales team members and ensure timely follow-up.
Sales Strategy Development (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies.
- Develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new customers.
Lunch Break (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
Customer Meetings and Relationship Management (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
- Meet with key clients to discuss needs and gather feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Team Support and Training (4:00 PM - 5:30 PM)
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members.
- Review performance and provide constructive feedback.
End-of-Day Review (5:30 PM - 6:00 PM)
- Evaluate the day's performance against goals.
- Prepare reports on sales activities for upper management.
