- Conduct a daily briefing with the sales team.
- Discuss daily goals, challenges, and strategies.
Training Session Preparation (9:30 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Prepare materials and resources for training sessions.
- Review feedback from previous training sessions for improvement.
Conduct Training Sessions (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Lead interactive training sessions focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
Lunch Break (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
Sales Team Shadowing (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
- Shadow sales team members to observe their interactions with customers.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback.
Data Review and Analysis (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
- Analyze sales data for trends and areas of improvement.
- Prepare reports to share with management.
End of Day Review (5:00 PM - 5:30 PM)
- Review the day’s accomplishments and challenges with the sales team.
